This course will look at the creation of elements that affect the users' experience with a particular company, product, service or journey. More specifically, the course will explore the intent of influencing a users' perceptions and behaviour based on quality and culturally relevant solutions. Experience Design draws in many aspects and disciplines like design thinking, human behaviour, psychology, ethnology, brand strategy, information architecture and more. This course will aim to give an overall view of Experience Design and how it can be important in the discipline of graphic design.
