In this course, students develop a basic understanding of web programming concepts. Students will be introduced to fundamental programming concepts, such as variables, conditional statements, looping control structures and functions. Through a series of hands-on exercises, students will learn how to add interactivity and functionality to standards-compliant web pages using relevant tools and technologies. Technologies to be explored include HTML 5 + CSS 3, JavaScript and JQuery.
