Wellness Coaches must adhere to ethical standards, maintain professional boundaries, and foster an inclusive coaching environment. Throughout this course students gain an understanding of their scope of practice including proper referral procedures and the value of interprofessional collaboration. Students also learn to create a coaching environment that values diversity and promotes equity, inclusion, and belonging.
