Wireless Project and ITIL

Course Code: WLS 5507

Academic Year: 2022-2023

This course will be delivered in two parts. The first part will prepare students to enter and work in the IT industry. The course will teach methodology used for troubleshooting, communicating and solving issues that arise in an IT system. In the second part, students will work in teams to apply technical knowledge they gained in the first semester to a practical setting, utilizing the methodologies learned in the first part of this course. Students develop a proposal for a practical project that is similar to what one would find in the industry. In this course, students take their completed proposal and move it forward from the concept stage through a design to a working prototype. In special cases, an approved research project may take the place of the practical project, but only with the professor's approval.
