The course prepares students to enter, work and succeed in the wireless industry. The course is offered in two parts. In the first part, students understand the roles and workflows of the wireless industry in Canada. In the second part, students learn business and communications skills (aka. Soft skills) and understand Canadian workplace culture based on the principles of equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI). The course is supplemented by seminars delivered by professionals and experts from the industry.
