Students gain relevant work experience by participating in a 160-hour, paid or unpaid work placement in the financial services industry. Students select from a provided list of prospective employers and initiate contact and follow industry application, interviewing, and hiring processes. Students document the employment experience and employers will play a key role in the evaluation process. Additionally, students have focused opportunities to meet financial services industry employers in class, to network and discuss future full-time job opportunities with them.
