Students continue to work one-on-one with a professional writer-mentor to refine their project, further learning how to develop plot, character, dialogue, imagery, style and more through direct feedback on their manuscript. As well, weekly online classes available synchronously or asynchronously will discuss advanced craft, readings, and the writing process to support students' development. Projects will be one of the following: a full-length novel, memoir, feature-length screenplay or multi-character play; a collection of poetry, short fiction or creative nonfiction essays.
