Advanced Leadership and Organizational Behaviour

This course assists students in developing concrete and usable management and leadership skills. It focuses on important day-to-day supervisory tasks such as planning, organizing, supervising groups and teams, working with volunteers, managing diversity, leading change, as well as operating a meeting. This course also examines how individuals and groups impact the behaviour within an organization with the goal of increasing productivity and success.
