Addresses theoretical and practical principles of inclusion in order to promote self-esteem and self-regulation and facilitate the full participation of all children. Examines ways to design and/or adapt goals and objectives, physical and social environments, methods, materials and learning experiences to create inclusive, individually responsive programs. Emphasis is placed on the specific competencies of the early childhood professional essential for planning, implementing and evaluating inclusive practices.
