This course focuses on developing students' ability to deliver "service excellence" - a term used to describe the levels of service that customers seek to receive from a provider of sport and recreation experiences. This course provides students the opportunity to develop strategies and skills that they will use in their future careers to achieve and exceed customer expectations. Students examine the need to ensure quality customer service in a sport business environment, as well as various customer service strategies used to establish quality sporting events and successful game operations.
