Digital Communications 2 is the second course that introduces the students to computer-aided design production of architectural drawings. The purpose is to introduce intermediate operations with an emphasis on increased productivity and skills development. Students use AutoCAD 2013 software in the regular studio sessions through exercises and tests. Topics include polylines and polyline editing, paper space layouts, block attributes, Xreferences and an introduction to 3D. This course is presented in four modules involving prescribed learning activities.
