The bereavement sector is a highly regulated industry in Ontario. In order to operate a business, and even when working in an establishment as a licensee, there is much to know about the details of legislation that governs how the consumer is served and protected. This course will focus on the Funeral, Burial and Cremation Services Act (FBCSA) and the impact it has on operating a business and holding a personal license in the bereavement sector.
