This course is registered with Project Management Institute (PMI) and is eligible for 45 professional development units (PDUs). This course will introduce the principles of professional project management. It is designed to develop a fundamental understanding of project management knowledge, processes and tools and techniques applicable to all types of projects in various industries. The course content is based on the latest edition of the Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK ). All ten knowledge areas will be covered and reinforced with real-life examples, case studies and exercises.
