This course introduces students to theories and guidelines for prescribing rehabilitation exercises for common musculoskeletal injuries. Students learn and analyze proper exercise technique and practise progression of musculoskeletal rehabilitation programs in a lab setting. Background knowledge surrounding the definitions and signs and symptoms for each injury is required and is the responsibility of the student.
