Check Plan Balances and Project Yearly Accruals

Steps
This knowledge article will show you how to check your balances and accruals.
1. Sign in to the HRMS using your single sign-on ID and password.
2. Click ‘Time & Absences’.
3. Click ‘Absence Balance’.
4. Click on the hyperlink of the plan to view summary and history details. You will see each active absence plan displayed on your screen with your plan balances displayed next to them.
Note: You have the option to view your plan balances ‘As of Today’, or to view them by the ‘Last Calculation Date’.”
5. To submit an absence request, select ‘Add Absence’ from the top-right corner of your screen.
6. Directly click on the name of each absence plan to view the plan’s history details
7. Click on the calendar and toggle the absence dates to view your plan details per your projected dates.
8. Download your selected absence plans history by clicking on the downwards arrow icon next to the ‘Details’ section.
Note: To submit an absence request, select ‘Add Absence’ from the top-right corner of your screen.”
