Submission Deadlines
Submission deadlines are the first Monday of each month, with the exception of September and January when submission deadlines are the second Monday of the month.

** The REB will not be accepting or processing applications on the following dates:

June 14 - 17, 2022

Please note that Humber REB does not operate between June 24 and September 6. Submissions for delegated review must be received by Monday, June 13, 2022 at noon.  Applications may be submitted, but they will not be reviewed until REB activities resume in September.

Review Process
Applications deemed minimal risk are delegated for review on an on-going basis. Minimal risk applications will take up to 10 business days to be processed and reviewed by our HREB members. Revisions and clarifications may be requested by the HREB, prior to approval being granted.
Applications deemed higher than minimal risk are reviewed at the monthly REB meetings. Full-review applications will take up to 35 days to be processed and reviewed by our HREB. Revisions and clarifications may be requested by the HREB, prior to approval being granted.

Meeting Dates
REB meetings are held on Thursdays, two weeks following the submission deadlines.  The REB does not meet in July or August.
