Before You Start

Your health matters. Please consult a physician or healthcare professional before starting a fitness program, especially if:

  • You or a family member has a history of high blood pressure or heart disease.
  • You have experienced chest pain when exercising, or within the last month when inactive.
  • You smoke, have high cholesterol, are obese, or have bone/joint concerns that could be aggravated by physical activity.

If you feel dizziness, pain, or shortness of breath during exercise, stop immediately and consult a healthcare professional.
