Can’t make it in person? We’ve got you. Our YouTube channel has pre-recorded workouts so you can stay active anytime, between classes, after work, or on your rest day.
Before You Start
Your health matters. Please consult a physician or healthcare professional before starting a fitness program, especially if:
- You or a family member has a history of high blood pressure or heart disease.
- You have experienced chest pain when exercising, or within the last month when inactive.
- You smoke, have high cholesterol, are obese, or have bone/joint concerns that could be aggravated by physical activity.
If you feel dizziness, pain, or shortness of breath during exercise, stop immediately and consult a healthcare professional.
