Indigneous Knowledges Gathering 2023

What Our Ancestors Know: Teaching and Learning Through Storytelling

This year's theme was centered on stories of our ancestors and the orality in which those stories are shared. Humber's Indigenous Education & Engagement team would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to participants and supporters of the 2023 Indigenous Knowledges Gathering for making the recent event a resounding success.

We are sincerely thankful for the Humber community's commitment to learning, sharing, and celebrating the diverse Indigenous cultures that were showcased during the event. It is our hope that the connections made and the insights gained will continue to resonate beyond the event, fostering a lasting impact. Your support is integral to the ongoing dialogue surrounding Indigenous perspectives, and we look forward to building upon the momentum generated during this gathering.
